Chemical Plant Explosion in Andhra Pradesh:
A significant Chemical Plant Explosion ,accident occurred at a pharmaceutical company situated within the Atchutapuram Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Andhra Pradesh. Reports indicate that a reactor explosion resulted in injuries to at least 15 individuals And As Per Report 2 Dead (Not officially confirmed). Emergency services were swiftly dispatched to the scene to provide medical aid to the injured and assess the extent of the damage.
The explosion happened this morning, and the injured individuals were promptly transported to a local hospital for medical attention,” said Deepika, the Superintendent of Police for Anakapalle district.
The condition of the 15 injured individuals following the Chemical Plant Explosion at the Andhra Pradesh pharma company is currently unknown. Authorities are working to determine the cause of the incident and are expected to release more details in the coming days.
The blast was reported during the lunch hours from a reactor at the Escientia chemical Plant premises.
The injured workers were immediately transported to NTR Hospital and a nearby private medical facility for urgent medical attention.
In response to the incident, Andhra Pradesh Home Minister Vangalapudi Anitha the district instructed The collector and SP were directed to supervise the rescue operations and ensure that all necessary resources were allocated to support the affected workers.
